  1. The online application form is for admission to the programs offered byIIHMR Bangalore.
  2. Theapplication form fee is non-refundable.
  3. The email IDsubmitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondence until the enrolment process is completed. Change of email ID will not be permitted under any circumstances.
  4. The application form should be filled online and saved for printing a copy for future reference.
